Why Delphi exists
Brad Andrus has been streamlining processes and building automation since the start of his accounting career. Across more than 10 years in accounting, most of them spent designing and testing accounting systems, the same thing kept coming up: capable people losing their weeks to copying figures between systems, ticking and tying spreadsheets, and chasing the same answers every month. Work a system should do.
Delphi was started to fix that, carefully. Not by adding software for its own sake, but by fixing the process first, automating only what can be done reliably, and building in the checks a finance team needs to trust the result.
We use what we build. The same kind of automation we build for clients runs in our own work, so we find the rough edges before you do.
